TEMPO PILATES FAQ: X-PRESS CLASSES, THE INS AND OUTS

Tempo Pilates X-Press classes have now been introduced to the WC2 studio for those with a very busy work schedule who can only afford to allocate 40 minutes to their favourite Pilates method.

The repertoire is very similar to the Full Tempo Pilates reformer class but is done at a slightly faster pace, with lower reps and a few more dynamic movements incorporated to help increase your heart-rate in a shorter period of time. You can still expect a high calorie burning challenging workout that is core focused, whilst maintaining all those sought after lengthening exercises and stretches to maintain a long lean figure.
