It all depends on the type of injury you have and severity.

Unlike Classic Pilates, the Tempo Pilates Reformer method wasn’t developed for rehabilitation but muscle tone and weight management. However, what does make Tempo Pilates classes different from any other fitness regime out there is that it’s much kinder to your body due to low impact, slow and controlled movements. This makes it the ideal choice for post rehabilitation and eliminating minor muscular aches including back pain.
