    Yasmin began dancing from a young age, which sparked her interest in fitness.
    She studied Maths at University, but made time to dance and began teaching classes in her final year.
    After she had graduated and started working, she took up Reformer Pilates to maintain good posture and fell in love with it! It helped improve her strength, focus and flexibility.

    To pursue this passion further, Yasmin began studying the Pilates method and is now a certified Mat and Dynamic Reformer Pilates Instructor.
