    Sal has been working in the fitness industry for 15 years. Huge weight loss brought him into the industry. He is a qualified personal trainer and has studied mat Pilates level 3 REPS with Polestar Pilates. He is passionate about movement and alignment of the body and focuses on movement with precision to improve posture.
