    “Molly holds a Level 3 Mat Pilates certification from Australian Physiotherapy and Pilates Institute (APPI). She also holds PICP Level 1 certification from Poliquin Fitness. She discovered Pilates during her recovery from a hip injury and never looked back. In addition to her Pilates practice, she enjoys regular running, swimming, strength training and anything that involves being outdoors.

    Molly’s Fitness Philosophy

    As a lifelong athlete with her fair share of injuries, she is passionate about Pilates as a great workout as well as effective cross-training for those participating in high-impact sports. A reformed ‘chronic cardio’ gym bunny, she believes that strength training and functional fitness are essential to long-term wellbeing and longevity.
