Clare CourtTrainer

    Clare started Pilates as a dancer, to help her maintain optimal functional fitness and overcome injuries. A passion for the method led her to gain qualifications from both Body Balance and Frame and she’s excited to join team Tempo. Clare hopes to inspire others by helping them achieve their personal goals for long-term health and happiness.


    Clare is a passionate advocate of improving health and wellbeing through movement. Exercise not only changes the body, but it can also have a positive effect on your mind, attitude and mood. Most importantly, we move to get those endorphins flowing to feel happier, healthier and more confident.


    Clare’s mission is to encourage the mind-body connection in classes that are fun, dynamic and challenging while being in a safe environment.
